What is your after sale policy for defective merchandise?
Joyart strongly suggests to contact us in advance regards of quality problems or shipping damaged photo via email to evaluate before sending back to us in order to save time and money. If it is quality problem indeed that belongs to our responsibility, we will refund full to you.
